Returns + Exchanges

We offer returns for store credit due to the fact that everything is made-to-order. Our store credit will be in the form of a digital gift card.

We do not offer refunds. Thank you for understanding.

To be eligible for an return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it and in the original garment bag. Tags must be on the items. You must shipped back your items with any additional gifts that we included in your package.

Items must be returned within 7 days after you receive your purchase. No returns will be granted after 7 days. 

Custom sizing or colors aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Exchanges

If something does not fit right or as expected, we are happy to help with an exchange. We will be able to exchange your item for a different size or color in the same style. 

Exchanges will be judged on a case by case basis, based on item availability, size availability, color availability, etc. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the items arrival, and the item you are exchanging must be sent back in.

Pre-Orders

At Saint Destiny, every item is made-to-order. Pre-order items take 2-4 weeks to be made and will be shipped after completion. 

Shipping

Shipping will take between 1-5 business days to arrive in the US. Shipping internationally will take between 2-21 days to arrive. Please contact info@saintdestiny.com for any rush orders.

All items will have shipping insurance included. 

All our deliveries are handled by UPS and DHL.
